Q HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
A Once you have placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you. This can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox so don't panic if it is not received instantly! Once our warehouse team have processed your order, you will receive a second email confirming that your order is on its way to you.
Q CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
A Unfortunately once you have placed your order we are unable to amend any details as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order.
Q CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A As we aim to ship all orders on the same day they are placed, you will be unable to cancel your order. You are however more than welcome to return unwanted items by following our return instructions on the returns page.
