WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
Items must be unworn and unwashed
Items must have all tags still attached
Items must be free from any marks such as makeup, deodorant and fake tan etc
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
For UK and ROI customers, items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of the item
For International customers, items must be posted back within 7 days from receipt of the item
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
All faulty items must be returned within 30 days from receipt of the item
Faulty items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to process your return and refund ASAP however it may take up to 14 days to process your refund after you have posted your return
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
In order to return your item please notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject box
Please include your full name, order number and whether you would like an exchange or a refund within the email
We will respond within 48 hours
Upon receipt of our acknowledgement please complete the returns slip you received with your order and return it to us along with your unsuitable item to:

We will inspect your item upon receipt of it and once we are satisfied that the item meets the criteria in our "WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?" section at the top of this page, your refund will be processed
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to place your order
If the item does not meet the said criteria and the item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, it will be returned to you with no refund issued in accordance with Distance Selling Laws
DO YOU REFUND MY DELIVERY CHARGES?
You are responsible for paying delivery charges to return your item
We will refund your original delivery charges in accordance with Distance Selling Laws
